We offer the following services:

• Advertise your property on our website
• Arrange viewings with potential contract holders and we accompany them to the viewings
• Obtain references on all applicants
• Credit search and interview all applicants to ensure that they are the right contract holders for your property
• Produce inventory, together with a colour photographic record, and check-in the contract holder
• Prepare the Occupation Contract Agreement
• Collect and submit a deposit into the My Deposit Scheme (TDS)
• Collect the monthly rent, transfer funds to your bank or building society (net of our agreed fees) send you a monthly invoice
• Take ingoing and outgoing meter readings for services and inform the relevant utility companies and local authority regarding Council Tax
• Carry out regular inspections of the property during the occupation contract and report to you If there are any concerns
• Arrange minor repairs and maintenance by approved contractors
• Ensure the property remains legally compliant, and required gas and electrical safety checks are carried out as required
• Check out the contract holder at the end of the occupation contract
