Service Fee

Fully managed fee is 10.5% of rent (no vat) fee may vary depending on number of properties.

Pre-Occupation Contract Fees

Fees for statutory compliance - (prices include the item itself) if not provided on instruction or undertaken by the landlord.

Each New Occupancy admin fee £25 (no VAT)

Credit Search £15 (inc VAT) each contract holder if contract holder can't supply one.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) £50 (no VAT)

Gas Safety Certificate £60 (inc VAT)

Gas Safety Certificate & Boiler Service £102 (inc VAT) (Back boilers incur additional costs - price upon enquiry)

Landlord Electrical Installation Condition report (5 years) £132 (inc VAT)

Installing one smoke alarm £20 (no VAT) additional smoke alarms will vary price

Installing one carbon Monoxide Detector £25 (no VAT) additional carbon monoxide monitors will vary price

Start of Occupation Contract

Deposit Registration Fees (where collected): £15.60 (inc VAT) per occupation contract. Register landlord and contract holders details and protect the security deposit with a Government authorised Scheme. Provide the contract holders with the Deposit Certificate and prescribed information within 30 days of the occupation contract start date.

Other Fees

Any maintenance or repairs to any property will be done at cost and prices upon request.
